Allow me to apologise for not posting any updates the past couple of months. I had to divert my attention to some other projects, but I hope I can devote more attention to this site over the coming weeks. The best way to keep up-to-date would be to add the RSS feed for the homepage. Stay tuned for plenty of new articles and some useful tips as soon as I can get them prepared and make some administrative enhancements to the site.

Some of you may have attended the recent seminar on Assessing ROI hosted by Lexis Nexis, which was rumoured to be very helpful and informative. The "Master Class" was focused on a study conducted by Forrester Reseach on a top UK law firm. The findings of the study showed that over 30 months, the firm broke even on its investment and had only rolled out to 60% of its anticpated users.
